P0ki Malaysia Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

To register and use the p0ki platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. p0ki reserves the right to review and verify the eligibility of any applicant at any time.

• Minimum age of 18 – You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. p0ki takes the protection of minors seriously and will close any account found to have been registered by an underage individual without prior notice.
• Malaysian Residents – p0ki's services are offered to Malaysian residents located within the country. The use of a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location is strictly prohibited.
• One account only – Each individual is permitted to hold only one p0ki account. Registering multiple accounts under the same person – whether using a different name or false information – is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all accounts involved and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate and truthful information – All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, IC number, date of birth, phone number, and email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Not listed under self-exclusion – Individuals who have applied for self-exclusion from any gambling platform are not permitted to register a new account at p0ki during the exclusion period.
